Single orally 0.25 and 0.5g administrated, 1-2 hrs later, the blood concentration reached peaks (Cmax) of 3.5-5.0 and 5.5-7.5mg/L. Well distribute in all kinds of tissues and body fluid. 2 - 3 and 6 hrs later after single orally 0.5g administration to pneumonia or chronicity bronchitis acute patient, the concentration in sputum is 0.52 and 0.53mg/L but the corresponding blood concentration is 11 and 3.5mg/L. 1-2hrs later after single orally 1g administration to chronicity otitis media children, the concentration in middle ear fluid is 6.2mg/L. 2hs later after single orally 1g administration to tubercular meningitis patients, the concentration in cerebrospinal fluid is 0.1-1.5mg/L,approximately 0.9%-21.1% the corresponding blood levels. The drug can cross placental barrier. The concentration in belly band is 1/4-1/3 the maternal levels and in breast milk, sweat, tear is little. The eliminate half time (t1/2b) is 1-1.3 hrs. The plasma proteins binding rate is 17%-20%. 24%-33% the dosage is metabolized in hepar and 6hrs later, 45%-68% the dosage is in urine as the unchanged drug. The metabolite in bile is less. The serum half-life can be extended 7hrs in patients with severe impaired renal function. The drug can be eliminated by the blood serum dialysis instead peritoneal dialysis.
